On November 2, EBA participated at the public hearings organized by the Parliamentary Committee on Economy, Budget and Finance related to the Digitization Package 1.
The legislative changes compiled in the Digitization Package were elaborated on the platform of the Economic Council under the Prime Minister, a process and discussions involving EBA Moldova members.
EBA was represented by Mr. Sergiu Bozianu, expert in personal data protection, founder of the company Data Protection Law Firm.
