EBA Moldova, represented by Diana Ilicciev, Cretu Nicolae, Pavel Sarghi, Sandra Dolghii and Mariana Rufa presented the Fiscal Policy 2024 proposals, which focused on:
- Implementation of the REP economic mechanism;
- Examining art 49 of the FC regarding the functioning of the ZEL;
- The need to review the principle of taxing the import of cars by excluding the excise tax;
- The inclusion of a new reporting through indirect methods and sources regarding transactions made through money remittance systems;
- Reduction of the term of presentation of information regarding the modification of the subdivision from 60 days to 30 days;
- The elimination of 5 years for reporting tax losses;
- Revision of the way of taxation of the activity of collecting ferrous and non-ferrous metal waste;
The EBA position document will be presented to the Ministry of Finance with detailed proposals.
