On June 9, the EBA represented by Eugen Cozmulici participated at the public consultations on the Draft Law no. 10/ 2016, regarding the promotion of the use of energy from renewable sources, organized by the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Moldova.
The provisions of the draft law were discussed, in this case, the mechanism for mitigating the impact of imbalances on energy producers, energy communities, the increase in energy consumption from renewable sources in the heating and cooling sector and the transport sector.
