EBA participated in the Public Consultations regarding the proposals to amend the Labor Code

EBA participated today in the Public Consultations on art. I of the draft law on amending some normative acts (no. 146 of 20.04.2022), which concerns the proposals to amend the Labor Code.

EBA was represented by Eduard Gurin, Associate, Vernon David Law Firm, Chair of the EBA Human Resources Committee and Cristina Garaz, EBA Policy and Advocacy Manager.
