EBA participated at the discussions on the topic of legislation in the field of prevention and money laundering (AML) on the platform of the National Security, Defense and Public Order Parliamentary Commission, which includes the proposals of the EBA Moldova, including the remote recognition of customers.

AML compliance, one of the commitments of the RM-EU Association Agreement, remains a priority on the agenda of the business environment.
