EBA Moldova, represented by Mariana Rufa, participated in a working session organized by the Public Services Agency, dedicated to reviewing the foreign direct investment screening mechanism and identifying solutions to improve the legal framework.
The discussion facilitated an exchange of expertise and best practices between business associations in the Republic of Moldova and Ana Belacurencu, an international expert in the field of investment screening.
Participants addressed practical aspects regarding the implementation of the provisions of Law No. 174/2021 and Government Decision No. 437/2025, while also analyzing the challenges and obstacles faced by local and international investors during the investment screening process.
