EBA participated in the Launch Event of the EaP Trade Helpdesk instrument

Market analysis using the EaP Trade Helpdesk platform in the Republic of Moldova.

In order to stimulate the competitiveness of both micro and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) from the countries of the Eastern Partnership and in the European Union (EU), the EaP Trade Helpdesk tool (or the Trade Assistance Portal of the Eastern Partnership) was launched, project funded by the EU, within the EU4Business initiative, developed and implemented by the International Trade Center (ITC).

Through the EaP Trade Helpdesk portal (eap.tradehelpdesk.org), public and private actors will have increased access to trade-related information so that they can make well-informed decisions and boost trade between Eastern Partnership countries and with the EU.

The portal will provide, for the first time, businesses, especially small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), business support organizations and political representatives in the EaP countries, online access to a unique set of trade information (tariffs, non-tariff measures, taxes, statistical data of trade in goods and services, commercial procedures and companies).
