EBA participated in the first meeting this year of the Consultative Council of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Moldova in the field of taxes and fees, at which the creation of 4 working groups was launched, which will aim to discuss and identify solutions to such topics as :
1) Revision of the way of taxation of non-residents;
2) Implementation of the transfer pricing concept;
3) Revising the mechanism for carrying out the transport activity by simplifying the process of presenting the necessary documents;
4) Revising the provisions of Government Decision no. 10/2012 and Government Decision no. 693/2018, in the part concerning the deduction of delegation/travel expenses.
