On October 10, EBA participated in the Working Group Meeting of the State Commission for the regulation of entrepreneurial activity.
The topics that were discussed:
1. Examination of the regulatory impact analysis of the draft Government Decision regarding the approval of the Regulation on the registration of civil aircraft and the administration of the Air Registry of the Republic of Moldova
2. Examination of the draft Government Decision for the approval of norms and standards regarding the technical examination of connected inland navigation vessels and the recognition of inland navigation classification societies
3. Examination of the regulatory impact analysis of the draft Government decision to amend Government Decision no. 191/2002 on the approval of the Regulation regarding the provision and payment of housing, communal and non-communal services for the housing fund, the metering of apartments and the conditions of their disconnection from/reconnection to the heating and water supply systems
4. Review of the regulatory impact analysis of the draft law on the energy performance of buildings
5. Examination of the analysis of the regulatory impact on the draft law for the amendment of some normative acts "Development of distance business in the Republic of Moldova / Contactless Business in Moldova"
6. Examination of the draft law for the amendment of some normative acts (facilitating the activity of the business environment).
