On October 4, EBA participated in the Working Group Meeting of the State Commission for the regulation of entrepreneurial activity.
The topics that were discussed:
- Examination of the regulatory impact analysis of the Draft Regulation on the establishment of administrative requirements and procedures for air traffic management providers and air navigation services;
- Examining the analysis of the regulatory impact on the draft Government decision regarding the modification of some Government decisions (distribution of the resources accumulated from the tax to ensure aeronautical security).
- Examining the regulatory impact analysis of the draft law to amend Law no. 279/2017 regarding consumer information on food products
- Examination of the draft Government decision regarding the amendment of Government Decision no. 647/2014 on the implementation of the provisions of sections 271 and 281 of the Code of Civil Procedure of the Republic of Moldova.
