EBA is involved in the working groups created by the Ministry of Finance.
Thus, on April 18, 2023, EBA represented by Mrs. Sandra Dolghii, Tax Policy Manager, Mrs. Diana Ilicciev, Chief Accountant, Victoriabank, President of the EBA Tax 7 Customs Committee and Mrs. Valentina Popescu, Tax Consultant Manager, Grant Thornton Moldova, participated at meeting of Working Group no. 4 "Improving the employee delegation process", which is led by the State Secretary, Mrs. Olga Golban.
During the meeting, proposals to amend the Regulation regarding the delegation of employees of entities from the Republic of Moldova, approved by GD no. 10/2012, were discussed, proposals that were presented by several business associations.
