During the meeting that took place on 18th of December, there were discussed the aspects concerning the modification of the fiscal and customs policy for 2016. At the meeting have been discussed several issues, among which “Reviewing the norms concerning the staggering of losses, adjusting the term “publicitate” from the Fiscal Code, introducing the flat tax on the income tax etc.
EBA stressed upon the opinion of its members regarding the mentioned subjects and touched upon other related issues as well.
