On April 5, Mr. Dorin Recean, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Moldova, had a meeting with business associations that presented the position of the business community regarding the impact of the legislative changes related to the competition law. The Prime Minister gave assurances regarding compliance with the legal framework for the EUROPEAN ACQUISITION and a gradual implementation of the legal provisions. Also, the position paper of the EBA, as well as other associations, will be carefully examined to adjust the legislative project.
