Following the involvement of EBA Moldova, the Position Paper prepared jointly with EBA Members, the proposal on amendments to the provision of art. 163 of the Contravention Code, which is intended to cover the values protected by the Regulation on the protection of electricity networks and to prevent further violations.
As a result, non-compliance with the requirements for the protection of electricity networks will be sanctioned, which can result in serious consequences for the life/ health of the population, but also for the affected goods.
