Competition Upgrade - Practical support in the implementation of competition legislation in the Republic of Moldova, an event organized by EBA Moldova in the 2nd edition, an event supported by the European Fund for Southeast Europe (EFSE) DF and EU4Business.
The event brought together over 40 companies from the EBA Moldova business community that benefited from a unique expertise shared by the experts of the Romanian Competition Council, the Competition Council of the Republic of Moldova and the experts of ACI Partners, EBA Members.
In light of the latest amendments to the Competition Law, adopted in 2023, as well as the implementation of its provisions and the sharing of good practices on competition issues, through practical training for the business environment of the Republic of Moldova, the event aimed to facilitate the understanding and practical application of EU rules in the field of national competition for companies.
