EBA actively continues its involvement in the implementation of the pre-accession agenda of the Republic of Moldova in the European family.
The Parliament adopted the Draft Law for the amendment of some normative acts 427 of 24.11.22 (Law no. 308/2017 on the prevention and combating of money laundering and the financing of terrorism). We appreciate the involvement of the EBA community, the Venice Commission, as well as the opening of the Parliamentary Commission for National Security, Defense and Public Order, the National Bank of Moldova and the Prevention and Combating of Money Laundering Service.
