EBA actively involved in the promotion of labor market stimulation mechanisms

EBA presents the set of concrete proposals at the meeting of the Working Group "Stimulating the labor market", created by the Ministry of Economic Development and Digitalization, on the platform of the Economic Council under the Prime Minister of the Republic of Moldova.

EBA, represented by Mrs. Sandra Dolghii, Tax Policy Manager, presented the proposals to modify the existing regulatory framework in order to promote mechanisms to stimulate the labor market, including:
- Implementation of the job subsidy mechanism (art. 36 of Law no. 105/2018) for unqualified employees;
- Revision of job subsidy mechanisms;
- The efficiency of the processes that the economic agent is obliged to respect, in the case of attracting employees to additional work (art. 104 of the Labor Code).
