EBA, in collaboration withGRAWE Carat Asigurări, hosted a group of Austrian companies at a business matchmaking event organized on October 15.

The event brought together over 30 businesspeople from Moldova and Austria, who discussed potential opportunities for partnership and collaboration.

The event was launched by Ms.Malcoci Veronica, Vice-President of EBA, General Director ofGRAWE Carat Asigurări, who reiterated the importance of Austrian investments in the Republic of Moldova as well as the current opportunities within the RM-EU integration agenda for their further development.

Mr.Christoph Grabmayr, Commercial Counselor at the Austrian Embassy in Bucharest, reiterated that for several years in a row, the Austrian Economic ChamberADVANTAGE AUSTRIA Romaniahas been organizing such visits to the Republic of Moldova, during which Austrian companies have the opportunity to meet with several partners, including the European Business Association (EBA Moldova (European Business Association), thus building bridges of cooperation. Some companies have already managed to open offices in the Republic of Moldova, thereby expanding their business.

Ms.Mariana Rufa, Executive Director of EBA, welcomed the delegation, presented the current investment framework and the support opportunities that the European Business Association offers its members, reiterating the investment opportunities within the Moldovan EU Integration Agenda.
