On 19 May 2025, EBA Moldova participated in the meeting organized by the Ministry of Economic Development and Digitalization (MDED), dedicated to the consultation on the draft law on independent entrepreneurs. The legislative package was drafted by the EBA team in partnership with the Economic Council under the Prime Minister of the Republic of Moldova and with the support of OPTIM Project, Helvetas Moldova.
We are honored that this topic is gaining increasing attention from the authorities and we express our gratitude for the openness and involvement of the Ministry in supporting this initiative. It provides solid premises for the consolidation and formalization of small businesses, contributing to the creation of a more equitable and sustainable economic ecosystem.
