I. Background
1.1 Rationale
Starting January 2021, the “Local Civil Society Contributes to Inclusive and Sustainable Economic Development in Moldova” project has been launched. The initiative is funded by the European Union and co-funded by Sweden and is jointly implemented by East Europe Foundation, European Business Association and CONTACT Center.
Among other types of support, regional SMEs can benefit from practical webinars on accessing EU markets, EU know-how and COVID issues.
In this regard, during 23rd of November – 17th of December, EBA is planning to organize a series of practical courses related to the tax field, oriented to representatives of the Junior Accounting Departments.
II. Assignment
EBA Moldova is seeking an international audit company in 2 areas of interest:
- Curriculum elaboration with topics which would cover the interest and questions related to the activity of regional Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs);
- Delivery of the practical webinars for regional SMEs and business community in the areas of taxation, with content concentrated on practical aspects (documents / reports / calculation and payment of taxes) and case studies. The practical webinars are aimed at enhancing the professional capacity of junior and medium accountants operating in the regions, beneficiaries of the Project
III. Selection criteria
- Experience of the Audit company in the relevant field;
- The requested price for services, in accordance with the mentioned area of interest
IV. Application procedure
To qualify the applicant (individual/legal entity) should submit the following documents:
- CV / company profile reflecting the relevant experience of the 2 experts
- Examples of previous assignments performed by the applicant if applicable
V. Duration assignment
The services will be provided in the period from 23rd of November – 17th of December 2021.
