EBA Moldova - participates in the European Business Organization Worldwide Network, held in Brussels

The meeting brought together senior officials from the European Parliament and the European Commission as well as representatives of European Business Associations from more than 50 countries globally to discuss EU development priorities for the coming period.
Within the agenda of the visit to Brussels, Mariana Rufa, EBA CEO participated in a conference organized by Maria Grapini MEP, Member of the European Parliament and Iurie Calestru, IDEP Director, held in the European Parliament on the topic of attracting European funds.
During the conference Mariana Rufa thanked Romania for all the support received during the last years, but also about the European integration agenda in which the political leadership in Chisinau is advancing, as well as the way of business involvement in supporting the European agenda.

Thus within the agenda of visits to Brussels, various EU initiatives in such areas as:
* Security and Defense
* Competitiveness
* Global Gateway and global business expansion/ EU enlargement initiatives
* Environment, CBAM, ESG,
* Omnibus - initiatives to simplify the legal framework and reduce regulatory burden
* Access to finance
* Data intelligence, EU sources of information related to international trade
* Digitalization, AI - opportunities and challenges

Mariana Rufa reiterated about the EBA and authorities' collaboration, Moldova's successes on the path of European integration, legislative initiatives that support business and economic development.
