EBA Moldova participates in the consultation process of the National Employment Program 2027–2030.
On May 20, 2026, the European Business Association participated in the first meeting of the Working Group for the development of the National Employment Program for the years 2027–2030, organized by the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Moldova.
During the meeting, the main conclusions of the Labor Market Analysis were presented, a document that will form the basis for defining the objectives and priorities of the future Program.
The discussions focused on labor market developments, current challenges in the field of employment, as well as the necessary measures to strengthen a modern, inclusive labor market adapted to the needs of the economy.
The EBA stressed the importance of the active involvement of the business community in the process of developing the Program, so that public employment policies respond to economic realities, skills needs, labor shortages and competitiveness objectives of the Republic of Moldova.
The EBA was represented at the meeting by Diana Bognibov, Human Resources Director of National Power Corp.
