On 1st of April, EBA in cooperation with Agency Innovation - Business HUB Tiraspol, organized a practical coaching session on Sales and customer interaction.
The coaching session took place within the AdTrade project.
The speaker of the session was Vitali Popa, owner of AXA Management Consulting.
The expert analyzed the main sales difficulties that the beneficiaries faced, talked about the sales cycle and the sales funnel. Vitaly also talked about how to build relationships with clients, how to establish trusting relationships, and how to turn a contact into a contract. Throughout the webinar, participants actively asked questions and shared successful and unsuccessful experiences in building customer relationships.
