EBA, represented by Carolina Bugaian, President, and Mariana Rufa, Executive Director, participated at the meeting organized on the platform of the Economic Council to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Moldova, chaired by Mr. Alexandru Munteanu, Prime Minister of the Republic of Moldova, and Mr. Eugen Osmochescu, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Economic Development and Digitalization.
The purpose of the meeting was to present the agenda of priorities related to the legislative harmonization planned for 2026 and to share the initiatives on which the Ministry of Economic Development and Digitalization of the Republic of Moldova will focus.
Mariana Rufa, EBA CEO, reiterated the need for a more transparent approach to the implementation of the Growth Plan and reiterated the EBA's support for the legislative harmonization and deregulation process.
