EBA participates in the meetings regarding the changes to the new Customs Code
On December 1, 2023, the Ministry of Finance organized an information session regarding the main changes to the draft law regarding the modification of some normative acts (concerning fiscal and customs policy).
The given project was recently presented for consultation to the business environment, and contains the following adjustments:
Clarification of customs debt issues;
The procedures for sending the respective goods and amounts;
Changes related to the activity of economic agents resident in Free Economic Zones;
