On 17th of June, took place the EBA Online Regulatory Committee Meeting, chaired by Mr. Oleg Efrim, Efrim Rosca Asociatii Law Firm, President of EBA Regulatory Committee.
The purpose of the meeting was to present the solutions regarding the applicability of par. (5), art. 25 of Law 278/2007 on tobacco control, related to the visible display of tobacco products, related products, devices and accessories for their use, recharging or heating in commercial spaces accessible to the public.
EBA was represented by Alexandra Popa, Policy and Advocacy Manager.
