The meeting was opened by Ms. Gherasimov Cristina Gherasimov, Deputy Prime Minister for European Integration and Marc Jorna, Chair of screening, DG NEAR, European Commission.
The screening exercise involved an extensive period of intense preparations by public authorities and the meeting assessed the degree of legislative alignment in areas such as the Services Directive, recognition of professional qualifications, postal services.
In this regard, EBA Moldova held the technical meeting with the members of the association, analyzing a number of issues for examination in the light of the implementation of the Services Directive, which were submitted to the responsible authority.
