EBA meets the President of the Parliamentary Standing Committee for public administration, regional development, environment and climate change to discuss about the Draft Law on Waste
EBA Moldova joined by representatives of its Environmental Committee met on December 16th, 2015 with Ms. Elena Bodnarenco, president of the Committee for public administration, regional development, environment and climate change.
The purpose of the meeting was to address the main concerns relating to the effects and the impact of the draft law provisions affecting the activity of economic operators, which were previously included in a Policy Paper developed by EBA and forwarded to the decision-makers.
