The new transfer pricing rules and how companies in the Republic of Moldova should prepare in the context of the regulations applicable starting next year were the main themes of the conference dedicated to the local business environment, organized in Chisinau by EY Romania and EY Republic of Moldova, in partnership with EBA Moldova.
For a better understanding of the regulations that will enter into force from January 1, 2024, but also of the perspective of the local tax authorities regarding the newly introduced regulations in the field of transfer pricing, EY Moldova experts, supported by colleagues from Bucharest, provided explanations detailed on the most important matters concerning the new rules applicable from next year in the field of transfer pricing.
