EU–Moldova Agenda for Business – Session on the 2025–2029 Reform Agenda and the Growth Plan

The European Business Association (EBA Moldova) continues its series of sessions dedicated to the “EU–Moldova Agenda for Business,” facilitating a structured dialogue between authorities and the business community on topics essential to the Republic of Moldova’s European path.

The most recent session was dedicated to the 2025–2029 Reform Agenda and the Growth Plan—key instruments that will guide the process of economic and institutional transformation in the coming years.

The discussion, attended by Ms. Lilia Dabija, Deputy Secretary General of the Government, provided a clear overview of:
- the priorities and timeline of reforms undertaken by the Government in relation to the European Union;
- implementation mechanisms and institutional coordination;
- investment and financing opportunities for the private sector.

The session highlighted the importance of close cooperation between the public and private sectors to capitalize on the opportunities generated by the European integration process and associated financial instruments.

The EBA remains committed to supporting an open and results-oriented dialogue, actively contributing to the development of a predictable and investment-friendly environment in the Republic of Moldova.

European integration becomes a reality through clear reforms and real opportunities for the business community, and public–private dialogue is essential for capitalizing on them.

This initiative was organized by the European Business Association Moldova in partnership with the Economic Council under the Prime Minister of the Republic of Moldova, with support from the Swiss Government (Swiss Cooperation in Moldova), through the OPTIM project, implemented by Helvetas Moldova.
