EBA in partnership with OTP Bank, Moldova and with the financial support of the EBRD Advice for Small Businesses in Moldova and the European Union held the Financial Management Academy between October 17 and November 9.
The program included 8 modules being addressed to teams of accountants and financial departments. The purpose of this program was to develop skills related to budgeting and budget planning, application to projects, planning and cash-flow management, etc.
The program was held online and registered more than 200 participants.
