The practical event was organized by the National Association of ICT Companies within the ABA Rule of Law Initiative Project "Personal data protection - rights and obligations in the Republic of Moldova", Data Protection Low Firm, National Center for Data Protection with Personal Character of the Republic of Moldova in partnership with the European Business Association (EBA Moldova).
The practical conference with an applicative content for the business environment and representatives of public authorities intended to:
- Present the key aspects of the Draft Law on the Protection of Personal Data;
- Present international and regional experience in the field of GDPR;
- Presents solutions and answers to the situations, issues and challenges faced by business and public authorities in the implementation of the harmonized legal framework.
