The conference will provide updated information on the Moldovan tax regulations impacting the tax reporting for the years 2024 and 2025 in terms of corporate income tax, withholding income tax, VAT, personal income tax, social and health insurance contributions, as well as tax administration issues.
The event will also address specific and practical issues related to transfer pricing taking into account the recently published secondary legislation on the implementation of transfer pricing rules in the Republic of Moldova.
