Informing regional companies about new regulations in the field of public procurement and the new system for professionalizing and certifying public procurement specialists, which will become operational on January 1, 2026:
- Basic aspects of the new professionalization and certification system;
- Steps, requirements, and responsibilities for obtaining the professional qualification certificate;
- Public procurement procedures, such as: public procurement planning, division of procurement procedures, establishment of the working group, modification of public procurement contracts.
The event was organized by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Moldova in partnership with AFAD (Association for Entrepreneurial Training and Development), European Business Association Moldova, Tekwill, and the Municipality of Bălți.
