Informing regional companies about the new regulations in the field of public procurement and the new system for the professional development and certification of public procurement specialists, which will become operational on January 1, 2026:
- Key aspects of the new professional development and certification system;
- The steps, requirements, and responsibilities for obtaining the professional qualification certificate;
- Public procurement procedures, such as: planning public procurement, dividing procurement procedures, establishing a working group, and amending public procurement contracts.
The event was organized by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Moldova in partnership with AFAD (Association for Entrepreneurial Training and Development), the European Business Association Moldova, Tekwill, and the Bălți City Hall.
