On April 3rd, EBA Moldova Board participate at the meeting with Members of European Parliament from the Committee on Foreign Affairs and the Committee on Budgets. The meeting was focused on DCFTA implementation and access to technical and financial assistance by the private sector.
Within this event, EBA board had the opportunity to discuss with the Euro Parliamentarians various practical implications related to the implementation of DCFTA.
The most important topics were: the investment opportunities in Republic of Moldova; the assessment of the implementation of DCFTA; the state of play with respect to the consultation of the Government with business environment; the position of the private sector regarding the regulatory aspects, especially on energy sector, the transparency and accountability of the certain public authorities; business’ s prediction on Labor market in Moldova; the efficiency of the dialogue between social community, CSO and private sector; participation of businesses in EU funds; cooperation status between private sector and Government and the level of credibility of the Moldovan banking system.
