The business dialogue with the officials was moderated by Mrs. Sandra Dolghii, EBA Fiscal and Customs Policy Manager, Mrs. Diana Ilicciev, Chair of the Committee on Tax and Customs and Mr. Constantin Agafita, Co-Chair of the Committee.
The business focused on the following topics:
- Fiscal and Customs Policy 2024;
- Revision of SFS Order no. 320/2019 regarding the performance of the control by the State Fiscal Service;
- Deduction of expenses, provided for by Government Decision no. 693/2018 and Government Decision no. 10/2012;
- Republishing of the Fiscal Code;
- Optimizing fiscal reports;
- Digitization of fiscal processes and the procedure for calculating local taxes;
- Exclusion of ecological taxes in case of REP implementation by the entity.
Mrs. Veronica Vragaleva and Mr. Petru Rotaru presented the key priorities related to Fiscal Policy and the actions that the relevant authorities will focus on in the next period.
