EBA organized in partnership with National Power Corp the practical training session, focused on the interpretation and use of nonverbal communication in the business environment.
Our members discussed and practiced real-life scenarios involving networking, sales, negotiations, and leadership, emphasizing the details that often convey more than words alone.
The session was led by Victor Lipet, Psychologist and Auditor, who provided participants with practical explanations, concrete examples, and tools that are easy to integrate into their daily professional activities.
