On 19th of February, the EBA practical training organized in partnership with National Power Corp dedicated to the interpretation and use of non-verbal language in the business environment took place.
Our members discussed and practiced real situations from networking, sales, negotiations and leadership, emphasizing those details that often convey more than words.
The session was supported by Victor Lipet, Psychologist and Auditor, who offered participants applied explanations, concrete examples and tools that are easy to integrate into their daily professional activity.
