EBA, represented by Eugen Cozmulici, Policy & Advocacy Manager, participated in the debate organized by the Parliamentary Committee, aimed at transposing the Energy Package III and ensuring the integration of the energy sector of the Republic of Moldova into the EU.

Amending the legislation in line with the provisions of the proposed draft, adjusting the normative acts as well as ensuring the elaboration of the necessary normative acts in the proposed terms is imperative for the implementation of this law and eliminating the risk of a legal vacuum after its entry into force.
