In the context of the current situation in which the deadline is very limited, in order to align with the conditions related to the status of the Republic of Moldova as a candidate country in the EU accession process, it was repeatedly pointed out about the insufficient time given for public consultations and the need for qualitative debate on the project which require major improvements, having an impact on the business, the quality of the debates should be a priority.
The position paper will be presented to the Authorities responsible for considering the position of the EBA business community on the scope of the proposed bill.
