TO THE ATTENTION OF THE BANKING SECTOR
Dear EBA Members,
Following the EBA Moldova’s interventions regarding the need to optimize the control processes carried out by the financial institution in order to release the means of remuneration by the taxpayer from the public social security system, without presenting the document confirming the transfer of the social security contribution and other payments equivalent to them, as well as to eliminate the shortcomings in the legislation in force, we would like to inform you that the art. 296 of the Contravention Code and the art. 15 of the Law no. 1593/2002 were repealed by Law no. 178/2018 on the amendment of some legal acts.
Thus, we would like to express our gratitude for the efficient collaboration and active involvement of EBA’s members, especially the banking sector.
