EBA Business Networking Reception

The European Business Networking Reception brought together the European Business Association Moldova (EBA) community, representatives of public authorities, and members of the diplomatic corps in a setting dedicated to dialogue and collaboration.

The event was opened by H.E. Ms. Iwona Piórko, Ambassador of the European Union to the Republic of Moldova, who congratulated the European Business Association on the election of its President, Ms. Carolina Bugaian, General Manager of Moldcell, and Vice-President, Ms. Veronica Malcoci, General Manager of GRAWE Carat Asigurări. Her Excellency reiterated the importance of supporting the country's European path through solid synergy between the business community and public authorities in the process of developing and implementing the legislative framework. At the same time, she praised the EBA's work and constant involvement and wished the business community success in developing business at home.

Mr. Giorgi Shagidze, President of maib and host of the event, addressed a message of congratulations to the entire community and reconfirmed the institution's commitment to supporting the European path of the Republic of Moldova.

Ms. Carolina Buagain and Ms. Veronica Malcoci emphasized the importance of collaboration between the business community and the authorities, expressing their full openness to offering expertise and sharing best practices at the national level, so as to contribute with concrete support to the advancement of the European agenda of the Republic of Moldova.
