EBA Moldova organized a meeting with the leadership and members of the Superior Council of Magistracy, providing an open and constructive framework for dialogue between representatives of the judiciary and the business community.
The discussions presented the latest developments regarding the justice reform and the next stages of the judicial system modernization process.
At the same time, representatives of EBA member companies had the opportunity to provide concrete examples and challenges encountered in interacting with the judicial system, including issues related to procedures, examination deadlines and non-uniform practices.
