The EBA Committee on Taxation and Customs convened a meeting of accounting and finance experts to discuss proposals for improvements relating to: Regulation of the concept of cashback and its tax implications.
The meeting was chaired by Diana Ilicciev, Chair of the Committee, Chief Accountant at Victoriabank, and facilitated by Nicolae Crețu and Tatiana Stavinschi, Saiph Consulting House.
The EBA will submit a position paper on this matter to support the improvement of these regulatory provisions.
