EBA organized the Regulatory Committee Meeting, chaired by Mr. Vladimir Palamarciuc, Chairman of the Committee, Lawyer, Partner Turcan Cazac Law Firm.
The meeting was organized in the context of the approval on March 30, current GD no. 203 for the approval of the bill electronic identification, promoted by SIS.
This draft law partially transposes Regulation (EU) no. Regulation (EC) No 910/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 July 2014 on electronic identification and trust services for electronic transactions in the internal market and repealing Directive 1999/93 / EC, published in the Official Journal of the European Union L 257 of 28 August 2014 .
