The meeting of the Committee on Financial and Capital Markets of EBA Moldova on April 3, met to discuss the current issues faced by business in activity.
The meeting was moderated by Mrs. Natalia Simașco, co-chair of the Committee and head of the compliance control section, Compliance Department of FinComBank S.A. and by Mr. Corneliu Popovici, chairman of the Committee and director of the Legal Department of Victoriabank.
During the meeting, the priority topics of the financial sector were discussed, as well as some of their solutions were identified. Some topics discussed being:
- Implementation of e-KYC;
- BASEL IV;
- PSD2;
- Harmonization of national legislation to EU Directives, etc.
