On October 3, the EBA organized the Meeting of the EBA Committee on Human Resources.
Among the topics covered were the calculation of annual leave, as well as the method of salary conversion - in the light of the recent changes to the Labor Code. The EBA outlined the position to be presented on October 4 within the Parliamentary Commission for Social Protection, Health and Family.
Over 50 EBA Member companies have participated at the discussions.
The EBA HR Committee is chaired by Eduard Gurin, Associate, Vernon David Law Firm.
