On 19th of September, EBA organized the Human Resources Committee, on the new legal amendments of the Labour Code.
Over 2022 EBA was actively involved in Ministerial and Parliamentary constructive consultations on legal amendments of the labour code. Today we are presenting these ammendments to the EBA Members and explain their applicability together with our distinguished speakers:
- Mr. Dan Perciun, the Chair of the Parliamentary Committee on social protection, healthcare and family;
- Mr. Marcel Spatari, Minister of Social Protection;
- Mrs. Raisa Dogaru, Director of the Employment Agency of the RM;
- Mr. Eduard Gurin, Vernon David, Chair of the EBA HR Committee.
Over 30 participants are attending the event.
