On October 13, EBA members, during the Regulatory Framework meeting, chaired by Vladimir Palamarciuc - the president of the EBA Regulatory Framework Committee, together with the GDPR expert - Sergiu Bozianu, Diana Pascaru and Olesea Chirică held discussions on:
- Draft laws on GDPR, following the Working Group GDPR meeting on the MJ platform;
- Electronic signature, which comes into force from November 2022.
The meeting was coordinated by Eugen Cozmulici, EBA Policy and Advocacy Manager.
