On June 7, EBA organized the Meeting of the Committee on Digitization, Trade and the Regulatory Framework.
The meeting was organized following the approval in the first reading of the draft law on the amendment of the Competition Law 183/2012, and aims to discuss the proposals to improve the Project, so that they are compiled in the EBA Position Document to be submitted to the Parliamentary Committee on Economy , Budget and Finance.
The Committee on Digitization, Commerce and the Regulatory Framework is chaired by Vladimir Palamarciuc, Lawyer, Partner, Turcan Cazac Law Firm.
The meeting is coordinated by Eugen Cozmulici, EBA Policy and Advocacy Manager.
